At long last!

Here we have Matt trying and failing to prank call the HAARP, or High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. If you can locate an interview where he actually says the name of this thing, you'll see just how damned fast he rushes through it. And, of course, I couldn't help but pull some inspiration from his infamous speech impediment. I kid 'cause I love. :XD:

This was posted just in time for his 31st birthday today, so cheers to Mr. Bellamy! As well as to ~Kai19999, whose birthday I had intended to make this for, but it took much too long in the end. Ouch. Hope you like, and sorry for the delay!
